1. Service and price

NaijaDataPro provides one custom YouTube Growth Intelligence Report for ₦49,900, including separate long-form and Shorts performance reviews, five relevant channel benchmarks, title and thumbnail recommendations, three ready-to-use SEO packages, five to seven video ideas and a 30-day action plan. Seven days of follow-up clarification covers up to three questions, but not new audits, continuous monitoring or implementation. No other service is included unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. What we analyse

We use publicly accessible YouTube channel information, available benchmark data and analyst assessment. Do not provide passwords, private YouTube Studio access or sensitive account credentials. Public data can change; we do not control YouTube's algorithm or individual video performance.

3. Delivery and booking

We display the estimated delivery deadline before payment and show the reserved deadline again after verified payment. Up to eight audits are scheduled in each production window; later orders may be scheduled into subsequent windows. The agreed date is stored with the order. Where public holidays, missing required information or extraordinary disruption affect delivery, we will promptly notify you and offer an appropriate revised deadline or remedy as required by law. Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

4. Results

We provide research-based recommendations, not guaranteed views, subscribers, monetisation approval, sponsorships or revenue. Actual results depend on your execution, audience, platform changes and other factors. A lack of expected channel growth does not by itself establish that the agreed analytical service was not delivered.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying. It forms part of these terms. Applicable statutory rights cannot be waived by these terms.

6. Ownership and permitted use

You may use the purchased report and recommendations for your own channel and internal business decisions. You may not resell the report, redistribute it as a paid product, or misrepresent the report as your own commercial audit service. You retain ownership of your own channel material. NaijaDataPro retains its underlying templates, software, methodologies and independently created report materials, subject to applicable law.

7. Corrections and disputes

If information in the report is materially inaccurate or an agreed deliverable is missing, contact contact@naijadatapro.com.ng with your order reference and the problem. We will investigate, explain and where appropriate correct, complete, refund or otherwise remedy the service in accordance with law. Bank and Paystack dispute rights remain unaffected.

8. Privacy

We process order and contact information as explained in our Privacy Notice. We use Paystack to verify payment and Cloudflare, Google Sheets and Telegram for operational processing. We do not request payment card details on our website.

9. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without excluding mandatory consumer rights. For enquiries or formal complaints, email contact@naijadatapro.com.ng. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days. Nothing in these terms restricts the right to approach applicable regulators, banks, dispute-resolution bodies or courts.
